In a few weeks, we'll be kicking off Coffee Tonic at our Park Slope and Clinton Street cafes in New York, and our Design District cafe in Miami. Join us as we say a fond farewell to the summer with Coffee Tonic and creamy Coffee Tonic Floats, our off-menu dessert made with Van Leeuwen ice cream in New York and Bianco Gelato in Miami.

Make Your Own Coffee Tonic
Can't make our launch parties? It's easy to make your own Coffee Tonic at home. For a Coffee Tonic Float, all you need to do is add a couple scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream.
Coffee Tonic
Ingredients
90 grams Q Drinks tonic water
60 grams Blue Bottle Coffee Cold Brew
Tools
10 oz glass
Steps
Fill glass to the top with ice.
Pour 90 grams Q Drinks tonic water.
Top with 60 grams Cold Brew coffee.
Stir with a long spoon and serve.
