After honing her craft in the Napa Valley and New York City, native Angeleno Sharon Wang returned to her hometown to open Sugarbloom Bakery. Over the past six years, Sugarbloom has proven itself to be one of the most delicious and technically precise viennoiseries in the area, the beneficiary of Wang's classic French training and passion for perfection.
