The calendar may say one thing, but your tastebuds say another. Whether you're closing out the dog days of summer or getting cozy in your favorite autumn sweater, it's still warm enough outside to appreciate a cool and creamy coffee cocktail like the Blue Bottle Shakerato. 

Shakerato

Ingredients

• 20 grams (one shot) Hayes Valley Espresso 

• 100 gram milk (dairy or non-dairy)

• 10 grams cane sugar 

• 1 gram vanilla extract

•  200 grams ice 

Tools

• cocktail shaker

• 10 oz glass

Steps

• Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 100 grams of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. 

• Pour over remaining 100 grams of ice in a tall glass. 

• Serve. Dream of summer.
